Don’t forget our Coaches, they have done an lovely job working with our team this season. From jumping head first into a New League, new kiddos, and balancing fun with hard work! To contribute money towards the gift please Venmo @Meredith-Zembrodt-1. To ensure there is time to put the gift together, please Venmo contribution by July 10th. ***Also, maybe encourage your swimmer to make coach(es) a card we can add to their gifts***
End of Season Lock In: 8:00 to 12 (after banquet)
Immediately after the Banquet, swimmers are invited to stay for the End of Season Lock In. There are activities throughout the evening in the pool, on the sand court and on the pool deck. There will be pizza for a nightly snack.
Coach Grace and Coach Lindi will be bring a few of their UC team mates to join us in the games and fun! BUT WE STILL NEED PARENT CHAPERONES!
How to Sign Up for Lock-In
- In Swimtopia under Events, scroll to End of Season Lock-in
- RSVP your swimmers who will attend. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT so we know who is there. You will be required to sign your swimmer in and out of the lock-in.
- For Volunteering, click job signup under work shifts. WE NEED PARENTS TO CHAPERONE AND SUPERVISE ACTIVITIES.
Times to pick up your swimmer
10 and under – end of Banquet to 10:00 pm
11 and up – end of Banquet to midnight
***Sometimes we have to call parents to pick up their kid(s) because they are tired or are ready to leave. So please make sure that you are paying attention to you phones***
We have a busy, but fun filled week ahead of us! Use this weekend to rest and get motivated to tackles Champs as a Team!!!
